Nicola Peltz awkwardly avoided a question about her husband Brooklyn Beckham’s ongoing family feud with his parents, David and Victoria.
When asked how she’s managed to navigate the media coverage of her husband’s family drama, the “Bates Motel” star brought attention back to her forthcoming ballet film, “Prima.”
“I’ve been editing my next film [Prima] for the past two and a half weeks. So honestly, I’ve been in the editing room. We haven’t had weekends. We’ve just been trying to make a deadline [for Cannes],” Peltz, 31, told the Hollywood Reporter in an interview published Thursday.

“And it’s been so amazing to just put my focus on that and be creative. It’s been really fun doing that, and I’m really excited for it to come out,” she continued.
Brooklyn made his feelings for his family clear in January when he released a lengthy, scathing statement against his famous mom and dad and stated that he didn’t want to reconcile with them via social media.
In the statement, he alleged that Victoria and David tried to ruin his relationship with Peltz over the years, including by bringing women from his past into their lives.

Brooklyn also accused his mom of sabotaging the young couple’s 2022 Palm Beach wedding when she canceled on making Peltz’s gown at the last minute and “hijacked” their first dance at their reception.
David and Victoria have yet to respond to the allegations.
In the most recent update, Brooklyn celebrated his 27th birthday with special wishes shared on social media from his parents despite the chef’s request for no-contact with his family.
“27 today
Happy birthday Bust
. We love you x,” the retired soccer pro wrote alongside a throwback photo of his son.

“Happy birthday Brooklyn, we love you so much
,” the Spice Girls alum captioned a separate message.
Brooklyn did not publicly comment on his parents’ messages. Though, he took to social media to thank Peltz, who honored her husband’s birthday with a touching display of gold balloons, flowers, presents and a box of pink donuts that spelled out “Happy Birthday, Brooklyn.”
After Peltz shared their intimate moment via Instagram, Brooklyn raved over the “Lola” star in the comments, writing, “My baby girl xxx.”
