Opulence was in the air for New York City’s glitterati last week.
Last Thursday, Amanda Peet celebrated the Cinema Society screening of indie flick “Fantasy Life” with a buzzy afterparty at West Village hotspot Dejavu.
A source told Page Six that the restaurant, known for its caviar bar, was “the place to be” after the show.

“Amanda Peet slipped in with her two daughters and was showered with accolades at the packed bash by her ‘Your Friends and Neighbors’ co-stars, Lena Hall and Mark Tallman,” the source said.
We’re told other stars in attendance “lapped up caviar,” including Helena Christensen, Zosia Mamet, Candace Bushnell, “1923” star Brian Geraghty, director Matthew Shear, and Cinema Society founder Andrew Saffir.
There was also “overflowing” seafood towers and artisanal cocktails.
Prior to the party, Peter Dinklage, Diane Lane and more celebs got a sneak peek of the film at the Angelika Film Center.

On Wednesday, royal photographer Chris Jackson hosted a soirée celebrating his new Rizzoli book, “Modern Majesty: The British Royal Family in a New Era” at N. Peal on the Upper East Side.
The Getty Images lensman exclusively spoke with Page Six about his experience working with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
“I’ve always had a great experience photographing them both,” he said of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, adding, “I did all the behind-the-scenes.”
Jackson said that he has “enjoyed” photographing them because “there’s all these different characters in the royal family.”
He also shared his observations of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three kids, sharing that it’s “lovely to watch them kind of growing up.”

Additionally, Jackson reflected on how Kate Middleton and King Charles III leaned on each other during their simultaneous cancer battles.
The previous evening, comedian Jeff Ross hosted a very exclusive cocktail party at West Village members-only club San Vicente.
We’re told he held a screening of his upcoming Netflix special, “Broadway’s Take a Banana for the Ride.”
Last Monday, the cast of Broadway’s “Giant” celebrated opening night at Capitale in Little Italy.
We hear John Lithgow, Aya Cash, Elliot Levey, and Sarah Paulson, Sara Bareilles, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Justin Mitka, Bill Irwin, Diane Wiest, Blythe Danner and Evan Jonigkeit were there for the fête.

Across the country, Eric Dane’s ex Priya Jain won an original painting by Mr. Brainwash at Snow Ball in Aspen on Saturday. The raffle, which benefits the Children’s Oncology Support Fund, saw 20 guests contribute $5,000 each for a chance to win.
“It felt right to contribute during such a special evening supporting children battling cancer through COSF, and I’ve always loved the joyful and optimistic nature of Mr. Brainwash’s work,” Jain said in a statement.
“When I saw the red confetti in my balloon, it was such a joyful surprise. I’ll always keep the painting as a reminder of a beautiful night supporting an important cause.”
