Tom Brady, Logan Paul exchange jabs in room full of NFL stars ahead of Fanatics Flag Football Classic: ‘Might have a fight’

Tom Brady and Logan Paul are taking shots at each other once again.

The former NFL quarterback and the WWE star — who have been trash-talking each other for over a month ahead of the Fanatics Flag Football Classic — didn’t hold back while exchanging jabs during the livestream draft event in Los Angeles Wednesday night.

“What do you want, Tom? Say something. You had a lot to say on my podcast, now you’ve got nothing to say?” Paul said on stage at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, after entering the draft room with sunglasses on and flexing his muscles in a black tank top.

“We might have a fight this weekend. WWE can’t stop me from kicking your ass on that field.”

Brady then slammed Logan for recently picking fights with several NFL stars — calling the move “the dumbest thing” ever — and joked that he should “wear a helmet” to avoid getting hurt when they face off this weekend at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

After several back-and-forth blows, comedian Kevin Hart (who co-hosted the draft with Druski) playfully tried to move the convo along, asking, “What the f–k is happening, man?” as the crowd of athletes and entertainers erupted into laughter.

“I’ve got to be honest, I’ve never been to a draft where I laughed so hard,” Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin exclusively told Page Six after it wrapped. “Tom Brady talking smack … I thought Logan Paul and [Rob] Gronkowski were just going to kill each other a few minutes ago … we’re going to need extra security around those guys!”

“The funny thing is, Brady’s like a brother to me, and I love Logan as well. They’re like serious right now,” he continued, noting that he’s just going to let the competitiveness play out. “But Saturday night [after the game], I’m going to make them drink a couple shots each, make up and be friends again.”

The headline-making rivalry between Brady and Paul ignited last month as the two were discussing the upcoming flag football competition at the Fanatics Super Bowl Party in San Francisco, Calif.

In an interview for Paul’s “Impaulsive” podcast — which was filmed on the red carpet — Brady called out the wrestler for not having the proper skills to keep up with elite NFL professionals.

“I’m actually a little worried for you. You’re a good athlete, but these guys are on another level,” the seven-time Super Bowl champion teased, calling Paul’s sport “very cute.”

The WWE star laughed at those comments, clapping back with, “I am the highest level. I am the level,” while reminding Brady that he was “an All-State linebacker” at Westlake High School.

Since then, the two have continued trash-talking each other at various events and on social media.

Brady, 48, and Paul, 30, will be playing on separate teams for Saturday’s highly anticipated Fanatics Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium.

The retired NFL star — who is serving as Team Founders FFC Captain alongside Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts — will notably be reuniting on the field with former New England Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski for the inaugural event.

Brady and Hurts also selected Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty to play on their team (as the first pick in the draft), followed by Alvin Kamara, Antoine Winfield Jr., DeVonta Smith, Stefon Diggs, Von Miller, Damar Hamlin, Patrick Peterson and Terence “Bud” Crawford.

“It’s so cool. I’ve been a fan of Tom Brady for a long time,” Miller — a linebacker who’s played with the Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Rams, Buffalo Bills and Washington Commanders — exclusively told Page Six after he was drafted.

“Obviously, I had to go against him for a long time, tackling him and being enemies, and now we get to be on the same team. So it’ll be a whole lot of fun. I’m looking forward to it.”

Meanwhile, Paul will play on Team Wildcats FFC with captains Joe Burrow and Jayden Daniels, alongside Saquon Barkley, Kyle Juszczyk, Odell Beckham Jr., Davante Adams, DeAndre Hopkins, Derwin James Jr., Luke Kuechly, Jalen Ramsey and popular YouTuber/steamer IShowSpeed.

The third team participating in the first-of-its-kind competition will be represented by USA Football’s reigning IFAF Flag Football World Champion US Men’s National Team.

“Tom Brady called me a year ago and said, ‘I’ve got a great idea. We’ve got to do the biggest flag football game in the world,’” Rubin explained to Page Six Wednesday night, when asked how the idea all came together.

“He said, ‘I need your help. Let’s do it together.’ I said, ‘Of course, you’re family. Let’s go!’”

Brady (pictured here with Stefon Diggs) previously said in a statement that he’s “fired up” to return to the field following his retirement from the NFL. “I’m not coming back to the football field to lose. That’s for damn sure,” he promised. Getty Images for for OBB Media –

Brady previously said in a statement obtained by Page Six that he was “fired up” to take part in such a groundbreaking global event.

“The fact that we’ll be playing in the same stadium that will host flag football during the Olympics will show the world a preview of what’s to come in 2028,” he gushed. “But I’m not coming back to the football field to lose. That’s for damn sure.”

Fans can tune into the Flag Football Classic game beginning Saturday at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT on FOX, FOX One and Tubi. The event will also be streamed internationally on the Fanatics YouTube channel.
