Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, unveiled the gruesome aftermath of her recent facelift.
The “Dumb Blonde” podcast host, 46, took to Instagram Sunday and posted a videoshowing herself pre-and immediately post-operation.
In the second half of the video, her face is extremely swollen and red and her entire head is wrapped in bandages.

Poking fun at the graphic imagery, Bunnie wrote that she looks like comedian Bert Kreischer.
Her surgeon, Dr. Daniel J. Gould, also took to Instagram and gave an in-depth explanation about the procedure, noting that Bunnie was “a beautiful human being before surgery.”
“Nobody needs plastic surgery, nobody needs a facelift,” he prefaced. “But she came to me because she wanted to improve that little bit of heaviness and laxity in the neck, improve slightly the position of the cheek and add a little bit of volume where she’s lost it before.”

“When you’re operating on younger patients who already look good, you have to be really thoughtful and careful in order to deliver a result that’s consistent with their anatomy.”
Speaking on how Bunnie, born Alisa DeFord, looks post-op, Dr. Gould admitted that she looks “a little scary,” but insisted that the swelling is completely normal after a facelift.
“She’s a little bruised, a little swollen, but she’s healing nicely.”

Bunnie — who wed Jelly Roll in 2016 — has been very transparent about cosmetic work she has gotten done, including breast implants and a Brazilian butt lift.
Last month, she admitted to taking a GLP-1, but shared that she stopped because it she experienced “horrific” suicidal ideation while using it.
“That was one of the darkest times of my life and it was scary,” she told People, noting that she previously “prided [her]self on the fact that [she] only had anxiety” and “never had depression.”
