I’m a doomsday prepper — do these 3 things to protect your family from a possible attack on the US

A doomsday prepper says all Americans should prepare for an airstrike amid the country’s war with Iran, and is urging citizens to do three distinct things.

Rowan MacKenzie, who refuses to disclose her location, says she’s stockpiled cash, compiled “go bags” and purchased weaponry should a wider war break out.

“Many Americans are fearing that we’ve provoked our most powerful enemy and put ourselves at risk,” she told What’s The Jam. “Every step we take for liberty abroad, a couple of steps back at home is taken.”

“Plan for an air strike and stay hidden at all costs,” MacKenzie urged. “Black out your windows, make your home look desolate. Staying alert is no longer a choice. We’re entering into a very unstable time and being prepared is the only thing we can control.”

MacKenzie says it’s important to have cash on hand should electronic systems go down amid a violent conflict.

“You never know when or if the grid will be cut off,” she stated. “If it is, your money is as good as dirt if it’s in the bank. Leave half of what you have in the bank and have the other half in cash. Ideally, take out as much as you need to survive a week at the very least.”

MacKenzie says she was “forced” to give up her bunker, which was filled with $423,000 worth of goods, due to rising costs in the country.

As a result, she’s starting over from scratch.

With a small budget, she’s put together “go bags” for her family to use in case of an emergency.

“These bags have water, non-perishable food, a change of clothes and a phone charger,” the prepper professed. “I also have an escape plan for each family member, but that’s super sensitive information, so it remains top secret.”

Additionally, MacKenzie recommends storing at least 72 hours’ worth of essentials, such as medications and weaponry, outside of the “go bags”.

Other tips include investing in gold or silver and going back to storing physical copies of documents, rather than relying on technology.

“Important documents online will mean nothing if the internet goes down,” MacKenzie said. “So make sure you’ve got a folder containing all important paperwork to protect them and have them on hand if needed.”

“This is the beginning – we must be ready for whatever comes next,” she stated.
