Shia LaBeouf isn’t at fault for his split with Mia Goth, as he reportedly tried “everything” to save their marriage before it came to an end in 2025, sources told TMZ.
One insider told the outlet on Saturday that the “Frankenstein” star and “Transformers” actor’s marriage “just didn’t work out.”
The outlet also reported that LaBeouf, 39, “cares immensely” for their daughter, Isabel, whom they welcomed in March 2022. They also shared that he sees his daughter and was “present” for her while Goth, 32, was busy working.

A LaBeouf insider also claimed to the outlet that he tried “everything” in an attempt to salvage the marriage — including embracing religion in his life and taking vacations.
Another pal told the outlet that he previously embraced religion after his infamous FKA Twigs split in 2019.
Sources for Goth, meanwhile, denied to TMZ that her career played a part in the pair ending their romance.
And while a Goth source asserted the “Pearl” star “cares” for her former partner, she no longer wants a marriage with him. Insiders close to Goth alleged to the outlet that LaBeouf’s drinking caused the breakdown of their union.

Goth was said to have not felt LaBeouf was “capable of becoming a better person or working on his issues,” per the outlet.
The source alleged the “Even Stevens” alum enjoyed Goth bringing in money and working, and claimed the actor made “small efforts” toward improvement, but ended up taking “10 steps back” for each step forward.
They also said Goth is hoping her estranged spouse will attend rehabto address his alleged issues following a dramatic brawl arrestat Mardi Gras earlier in February.
Reps for Goth and LaBeouf did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment on Saturday.

The pair — who tied the knot back in 2016 after meeting on the 2012 set of “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II.”— parted ways nearly a year ago, Page Six previously revealed, with LaBeouf relocating to New Orleans to be close to family.
Prior to that, they’d endured a bumpy on again, off again relationship — and according to TMZ, Los Angeles police were summoned multiple times to their residence before their breakup.
In 2022, LaBeouf lavishly praised Goth following their 2021 reconciliation after two years of estrangement.

“She saved my f–king life,” the actor said during an appearance on the “Real Ones with Jon Bernthal” podcast in September 2022.
“She was present for me at a time when I didn’t deserve to have nobody in my life, especially here. She gave me hope when I was really running on fumes.”
He added at the time that he intended to “show up for my wife and be stable for my wife.”
