Expanding eatery chain THISBOWL, which combines Asian-inspired bowl dishes and Australian beach culture, claimed its fifth New York location at Global Holdings’ 1880 Broadway.
With nearly 2,000 square feet, the café joins other retail tenants at the location including a large West Elm. The storefronts are on the Broadway side of the luxury condo tower known as 15 Central Park West. The retail portion, which is owned by Global Holdings and Madison Capital, is 95% leased.
Global Holdings leasing head Craig Panzirer said the deal “reinforces the strength of the property as a destination for dynamic, forward-thinking lifestyle brands.”

A Newmark team represented THISBOWL while Panzirer acted for the landlord in-house.
The former Manhattan home of the Core Club is for sale. The vacant building at 66 East. 55th St. is offered through Colliers for $49 million. The property, which has 40,000 square feet on six floors, was purpose-built as a private members club with spa facilities, screening room, commercial kitchen and two outdoor terraces. Core Club moved to larger digs at 711 Fifth Ave.

A purchaser could exclude a Sweetgreen retail condo on the ground floor, which would lower the price.
RFR is the seller. The Colliers marketing team includes Zach Redding, Dylan Kane, Jared King, and Josh Goldstern.
