Denise Richards asked a judge to deny Aaron Phypers’ request that he be granted half of her OnlyFans earnings, citing a missed deadline.
According to documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday, Richards claimed an updated income and expense declaration — which was due Friday —that has yet to be filed with the court, as of Tuesday.
Per the outlet, the judge hasn’t yet made a ruling.
Reps for Phypers and Richards did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment on Tuesday evening.

Phypers, 53 — who filed for divorce from the “Wild Things” star, 54, in July after six years of marriage — has previously claimed he was entitled to half the star’s money from the site.
In documents obtained by Page Six in October, the actor claimed he “helped [Richards] to build her OnlyFans account” and that he holds “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page.”
Phypers claimed in the docs that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum’s subscription-based site — which she launched in 2022— brings in up to $300,000 per month.
The reality TV star hasn’t divulged how much the site brings in, saying only that it’s “quite lucrative” in a February 2025 interview with People.

Phypers further alleged in his October documents that his estranged wife “has cut me off from accessing that joint income that we earned together” and asked the judge to grant him “half of the OnlyFans income that is our joint income that we built and earned together, since I took the photographs and own the intellectual property rights.”
“I do not believe this constitutes spousal support, but a property right to half of the jointly-earned OnlyFans business income,” he added in the docs.
Phypers also claimed that he’s “out of money and financially desparate [sic],” after falling behind on rent and other expenses — a reality that seemingly proved to be true when Richards, (who had already moved out of their shared rental home) and Phypers were officially evicted from the Calabasas property in December over $84,000 in unpaid rent.
In January, family members of Phypers — who has repeatedly denied the “Starship Troopers” star’s claims of abuse during the marriage — launched a fundraiser.

“My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him,” Aaron’s mom, Patricia Phypers, wrote in the since-deleted GoFundMe page.
Patricia also wrote that the “deepest wound” for her son was the alleged “loss of his daughter,” referencing Eloise, 14, whom Richards adopted as a single mom before their marriage — though Aaron is fighting for custody of Eloise with claims that he raised her as his own during their union and that Richards failed to file adoption papers.
“No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him,” Patricia claimed in the now-defunct fundraiser.

Richards later hit back at the family’s fundraising effort, calling it “outrageous.”
“Say whatever you want about me, which they have. I’ll deal with that after the divorce,” Richards said earlier this month during an appearance on Tori Spelling’s “MisSpelling” podcast.
“But when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers — it’s outrageous,” she said. “That is wrong.”
