How to claim your $15M ‘Solitaire Cash’ mobile gaming settlement before the January 30 deadline

Gamers may finally be able to cash out on Solitaire Cash — in the form of a class-action settlement.

Papaya Gaming — creator of Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash, Bingo Cash, 21 Cash and Triple Match Cash — was accused of misleading players into believing its games were skill-based.

According to the lawsuit, the games, including Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash and Bingo Cash, allegedly used “bots” to make it seem like players were competing against each other.

The company agreed to a $15 million settlement to resolve the claims, though they have not admitted to any wrongdoing.

Eligible members can receive their share of the settlement through a cash payment or an in-game cash distribution.

The $15 million class action settlement applies to individuals who had a Papaya account and made a deposit in one or more of their apps between Jan. 1, 2019, and Sept. 5, 2024.

Exact payouts will vary on the number of participating class members and the amount each individual is entitled to receive.

Those with an active Papaya account will get an in-game cash distribution without submitting a form. Class members who submit a valid claim form and have not opted out of the settlement are entitled to a pro rata share of the net settlement fund.

To receive a payment from the settlement, eligible members must submit a valid claim form by Jan. 30, 2026, which is also the deadline to opt out of automatic payment.

The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for Mar. 2, 2026.
