Lamar Odom was reportedly arrested and charged with driving under the influence in Las Vegas.
The former NBA star, 46, was taken into custody by police early Saturday morning, according to TMZ.
In addition to the DUI charge, he’s also facing two traffic violations in connection to the incident: driving more than 41+ miles per hour over the limit and improper lane change/failure to maintain lane.

According to the outlet, Odom remains in custody.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
This isn’t the first run-in with the law for Odom, who has publicly struggled with drug addiction in the past.
He was previously arrested for a DUI in Los Angeles in 2013.

In October 2015, Odom survived a nearly fatal drug overdose after he was found unconscious at Nevada’s Love Ranch brothel.
The reality star went into a coma as a result of the incident, leaving his then-wife Khloè Kardashian to step up and care for him.
Odom has since claimed that he did not willingly partake in using drugs that night and has accused either the brothel’s owner Dennis Hof — or someone working for Hof — of being responsible for his hospitalization.
After he recovered from his health scare, Odom admitted in a 2021 Facebook Live interview with “Addiction Talk” that he was “really hurt” and “embarrassed” when he discovered that he had ingested drugs that night.

Odom has been vocal about his addiction and recovery journey in recent years. In 2021, the ex-athlete revealed he was taking ketamine to aid his sobriety.
“I went to rehab and did some other things, but ketamine came into my life at the right time,” Odom said on “Good Morning America” at the time.
“I’m feeling amazing,” he continued. “I’m alive, I’m sober, I’m happy.”
