Former New York City Mayor Eric Adams reportedly threatened to punch a woman in the face on a flight.
In a Reddit post on Tuesday, a witness said that Adams had reacted when the woman booed him on a flight from New York City to Dallas.
“As we were leaving, the woman next to me recognised Adams and booed him. So then he threatened to punch her in the face as we disembarked,” the passenger wrote.
A video showed the aftermath of the alleged threat.
“Please punch me in the face,” the woman says. “I would love if you punched me in the face.”
“Go f— yourself,” Adams replied.
“Okay, you can get f—ed too! Yeah, f— you!” the woman exclaims as she gives the former mayor the finger.
“My mayor days are over,” Adams advises.
“Thank God,” the woman quips.
“You’re going to see the Brooklyn in me!” Adams warns, turning to the woman with a menacing stare.
