Top 10 Reader Favorites From Our ‘52 Places to Go’ List

This year’s 52 Places to Go list, which published last week, included the option for readers to create lists of their own — by “saving” the places they’ve been to and the places they want to visit. Tens of thousands of you took part, and while we think all 52 destinations on our list are worth a visit, we wanted to share the ones that piqued the most interest from our readers.

Here are the top 10 destinations that New York Times readers say they’re most eager to visit.


10. Saba, the Caribbean

Saba, just five square miles and the opposite of a mass tourism destination, invites visitors to enjoy the island’s volcanic terrain and new hotels, built and operated according to local sustainability efforts. Read more.


9. Vietnam
