Brittany Furlan filed a restraining order against Ronnie Radke, alleging he is “unhinged and obsessed” with her, as she walks back on catfishing allegations.
The comedian, who is married to Tommy Lee, is now alleging that Radke hasn’t left her alone since their “secret relationship” broke apart last May, per court documents obtained by Page Six Monday.
She alleged that she and Radke started communicating via Snapchat that April, sending each other explicit photos and videos during a rough patch in her marriage.
While Radke, 42, insists Furlan, 39, was talking with an impersonator, the latter alleged that their conversations weren’t synthetic because the musician had sent her a video proving it was him, and also pointed out “the explicit nature of the content.”
She further claimed that the Falling in Reverse singer allegedly asked her to leave Lee, alleging they had a meet-up planned for May at his home.
Radke, however, allegedly didn’t show on the planned date and later started manipulating Furlan, she claimed.
Shortly after, the actress told Lee, 63, about the communications, and the latter allegedly addressed Radke on social media.
At that point, Radke allegedly told Lee that Furlan had been catfished. Radke then started mocking Furlan online, including allegedly leaving her “cruel” Instagram comments from his burner account.
It wasn’t until last week, when Radke posted videos labeling her a liarand attempting to “defame” her with the intention of getting “his fans to attack [her]” that she decided to file the restraining order.
Furlan claimed Radke had been harassing her between the dates of May 16, 2025, and Jan. 9, 2026. Her temporary restraining order request was denied because it wasn’t declared an emergency by the court clerk.
However, a judge will hear the request on Jan. 23.
A rep for Radke wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Furlan’s legal move comes after Radke filed a temporary restraining order against her last week, claiming that she harassed him on social media.
The singer, whose request was denied with a court date set for Jan. 23, also claimed Furlan drove to his house and waited outside, and followed him to a doctor’s appointment.
In a statement to Page Six, Furlan’s lawyer denied the allegations at the time, stating, “the only victim of harassment is her.”
Furlan and Lee, meanwhile, are still going strongdespite reports that they split after six years of marriage last May when the catfishing claims first surfaced.
