Ashley Tisdale was blasted as “extremely rude” by yet another person as her “toxic” mom group drama continues.
Lawyer Michael Parker, whose client Lina Gonzalez sued the Disney star, 40, in 2023, called out Tisdale in a Friday interview with Daily Mail as he recalled her interactions with his client.
Gonzalez launched a lawsuit against Tisdale seeking damages after the two were involved in a car collision in Los Angeles on September 6, 2022.
Gonzalez, who was 26 at the time, stated in her filing that she had sustained injuries to her shoulders, neck, back and left wrist as a result of the crash.

However, she added that Tisdale’s behavior was dismissive at the scene and the actress attempted to shrug her off by telling her that her manager would be in touch.
After receiving no word from Tisdale or her manager, Gonzalez decided to move forward with her suit and posted her side of the accident on social media.
At which point, things became messy. After making her post, Gonzalez then claimed in docs that Tisdale’s husband, Christopher French, publicly came after her and released her personal information on his social media account.
French claimed Gonzalez was a “registered nurse who worked at Cedar Sinai,” who “commit insurance fraud,”‘ according to the complaint.

“When you’re just a regular person and a celebrity has it out for you, it’s really scary – especially when they’re posting on social media and they have millions of followers,” Parker told the outlet, adding that French’s actions made Gonzalez feel “unsafe.”
“You could just look up who sued Ashley Tisdale and say, ‘Ok, well her husband is saying this person is committing fraud, they work at this hospital, etc.’ [Lina] definitely felt her safety was in danger. I mean, she was definitely scared,” he said.
In September 2024, Tisdale went on to file for a protective order against Gonzalez, claiming that the publicity drawn from the case and Gonzalez’s testimony could be “used to harass and embarrass” Tisdale.

The actress’ request for a protection order was granted in November and the case was dismissed the following month after the two parties were able to reach a settlement agreement. The settlement details remain under wraps at this time.
A rep for Tisdale did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Tisdale made headlines earlier this week after she wrote a scathing essay calling out her former group of famous mom friends (which allegedly included stars Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore and designer Samii Ryan) as “toxic” as she explained why she no longer hangs with them.

Though, it didn’t take long for the tides to turn against Tisdale as others took sides. Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, responded to Tisdale’s remarks by slamming her on social media as “self obsessed” and “tone deaf.”
On Wednesday, a source seemingly confirmed Koma’s comments against Tisdale as they labeled her “insufferable” in an exclusive interview with Page Six.
“Matthew gave her what she had coming,” the insider said, adding that the friend breakup, “has been a long time coming.”
