Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are reportedly still just friends after their “touchy and warm” New Year’s Eve celebration sparked reconciliation rumors.
“They are not getting back together or rekindling their romance,” a source told Us Weekly Tuesday.
The insider added, however, that there is “still so much love between” the separated pair and that they’re “in a really good place right now” after announcing their split in July 2023.

“Kyle and Mau have done a good job maintaining normalcy in front of the girls especially during the holiday season,” the source said, claiming their children are the reason they’ve reunited recently.
Richards, 56, and Umanksy, 55, share four daughters — Farrah, 37, Alexia, 29, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17 — the eldest of whom Richards welcomed with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.
“The girls aren’t pushing [a romantic reunion] either,” the source noted. “Of course it would be great if they called off their separation, but the family knows it’s most likely not going to happen.”

“They are genuinely friends right now and still have so much fun together,” the insider said. “They have been loving towards one another but that doesn’t mean they are getting back together.”
“Everyone is very happy. They have come a long way and are back in a good place,” the source concluded.
Reps for Richards and Umansky were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The duo looked “very obviously together” at Kate Hudson and Cade Hudson’s starry New Year’s Eve party in Aspen, Colo. according to our eyewitness.
The source exclusively told Page Six that they “had their arms around one another and were very touchy and warm with one another all night.”
We previously reported the exes had reunited in Aspen on Dec. 24 with their daughters. During the family trip, Sophia posted a sweet video of her parents enjoying a movie night together — adding more fuel to the reconciliation rumors.
Notably, the former couple has yet to file for divorce, but they have both been in relationships since separating.

The Agency founder has been romantically linked to a slew of much-younger women. He was most recently pictured with 34-year-old “FBoy Island” star Celisa “CJ” Franco just shortly before Thanksgiving.
As for the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s love life, she confirmed in a recent episode that she “fell hard” for someone and “was in a relationship” after splitting from Umansky.
She did not reveal who the special someone was but previously sparked rampant romance rumors with country singer Morgan Wade.
