It’s a sunny estate in the Sunshine State — and now available for quite the discount.
A Manalapan, Florida mansion is back on the market for $90 million — following a hefty $44 million price cut, Gimme Shelter has learned.
The ocean-to-lake home at 820 S Ocean Blvd first hit the market for $134 million last September. The seller isbillionaire Randal J. Kirk, a pharmaceuticals and biotech investor and founder of Third Security LLC who bought the property for $25.5 million in 2011, according to Realtor.com.

Manalapan is an ultra-rich enclave in between Palm Beach and Delray Beach, where Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison paid $173 million for his Gemini estate in 2022.
In December, Weather Tech car mat billionaire David MacNeil listed two lake-to-ocean Manalapan lots for $125 million — after paying $94 million for them in two separate purchases, in 2024 and 2025, Gimme reported. He also paid $75 million for a separate Manalapan mansion last month.
In this rarefied neighborhood, home prices sometimes soar to “aspirational” levels before they get reined back in — albeit to a world where a $90 million listing is still considered “priced to sell,” said a source close to the listing.
“Manalapan continues to offer massive and highly secure ocean-to-lake spreads for many [Ultra High Net Worth] individuals who could truly live anywhere they want,” said listing broker Margit Brandt, of Premier Estate Properties.

Brandt added that the estate is a “timeless and stunning Mediterranean marvel. You will never find another property like it.”
The Italian-style villa was built in 2007 and sits on 2.31 acres.
The estate also comes with a coveted 215 feet on the ocean, plus a boat slip on the Intracoastal. Most of the property is on the oceanside. There are also two pools on the landscaped grounds, as well as a tennis court and a six-car garage.

Along with the main house, there’s a guest house and a security guard/gate house. Altogether, the estate boasts nine bedrooms, 16 baths and three powder rooms.
The main house, which features a charming chef’s kitchen, comes with a host of amenities — including a wine cellar and a screening room. The main bedroom boasts a spa-like bath and a walk in closet.
