Mickey Rourke staying at luxury West Hollywood hotel after crowdfunding to avoid eviction

Mickey Rourke is staying in a luxury hotel as he crowdfunds to avoid eviction from his Los Angeles home.

We hear the actor is staying in a celebrity-frequented West Hollywood establishment where rooms are at least $550 a night.

The 73-year-old was spotted exiting his house with his dog and a bag of his belongings on Sunday, in photos obtained by Page Six.

Rourke sported jeans, a leather jacket, a cowboy hat and his signature wig as his pals helped him leave over the weekend.

Rourke’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

On Thursday, the “Celebrity Big Brother” alum was caught on camera sans hair as he grabbed deliveries from outside his residence.

The Post reported at the time that Rourke was facing eviction over the nearly $59,100 in back rent he owed his landlord, Eric Goldie.

Goldie filed a complaint on Dec. 29, alleging that Rourke “failed to comply” with the notice he was served on Dec. 18 — and requesting compensation for attorney fees and a “forfeiture” of their rental agreement.

Rourke, notably, signed his $5,200 per month lease in March 2025. The rent has increased to $7,000, according to Goldie’s filing.

News broke last week that the “Sin City” star owes nearly $60,000 in back rent. BACKGRID

The “Sin City” star is “rich poor” and living “paycheck-to-paycheck,” a source subsequently told the Daily Mail.

“He has outlets to make substantial amounts of money by doing films and reality shows, but he spends it so fast that he is at square one right around the time that he starts making money,” the insider explained.

Liya-Joelle Jones, a member of Rourke’s management team, recently created a GoFundMe with a $100,000 goal to help the retired athlete.

Jones wrote that the fundraiser was created with Rourke’s “full permission to help cover immediate housing-related expenses.”

She noted that this amount would help “give [him] stability and peace of mind during an extremely stressful time — so he can stay in his home and have the space to get back on his feet.”

As of Monday afternoon, the page had raised nearly $75,000.
