Fox News star Sean Hannity is looking to part ways with his Manalapan, Florida property — for a more than $20 million profit.
The host of “The Sean Hannity Show” shelled out $23.5 million for the impressive waterfront mansion in late 2024 after quitting New York for the Sunshine State.
Little more than a year later, Hannity has opted to sell.
The fresh listing, first reported by Realtor.com, asks a whopping $44.9 million — furniture included. A rep for Hannity did not respond to messages seeking comment on the listing.

Hannity’s barrier island home sits on nearly 2 acres along an exclusive stretch of road shared with nine-figure listings and high-profile neighbors like Larry Ellison.
It’s one of a handful of precious Manalapan properties with frontage along both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, per the listing.
The recently renovated eight-bedroom dwelling is repped by Vince Spadea Jr. of Douglas Elliman. Spadea declined to comment on the listing.
It counts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms between the main house and a guest cottage, plus a pool and a private boat dock.
The interior furnishings remain much the same as they did when Hannity purchased the home in 2024.

Now is great time to own property in Manalapan.
Billionaires like Larry Ellison are snapping up properties in the Increasingly popular – and über pricey – enclave near Palm Beach. Listings for rare plots in the affluent town are reaching new heights, Realtor.com reported, with some asking as much as five times their previous sale prices.
Hannity, 64, bought his slice of Manalapan less than a year after his buzzy departure from New York City and the $12.7 million cash sale of his Long Island home.

Hannity offered up the property as a long-term lease in June 2025, according to Zillow, asking $130,000 a month.
The television presenter’s decision to permanently part with the Manalapan property doesn’t mean he’s done with Florida, however.

Hannity owns two waterfront townhomes in a gated Palm Beach community from which his popular shows are broadcast, according Realtor.com. The first was purchased as a bachelor pad in 2021 for $5.3 million. Hannity snapped up its neighbor for a pricier $14.9 million in early 2025 — shortly after his engagement to fellow Fox host Ainsley Earhardt.
Hannity is making moves to combine the two waterfront townhomes into one grand residence, suggesting the Sunshine State is Hannity’s home sweet home for the foreseeable future.
