Ashley Tisdale exposes ‘toxic’ celeb mom group filled with ‘mean-girl behavior’ and ‘high school’-like isolation

Her lips aren’t sealed.

Ashley Tisdale took shots at her former “toxic” mom group — which included Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor and Mandy Moore — in a scathing essay for The Cut.

The former Disney Channel star reflected on feeling “not cool enough” after being excluded from hang outs in Thursday’s piece.

She recalled “sitting alone one night after getting [her] daughter to bed … feeling totally lost as to what [she] was doing ‘wrong’ to be left out.”

The actress, 40, went on to text the group, “This is too high school for me and I don’t want to take part in it anymore.”

Although she “never considered the moms to be bad people [except for] maybe one,” she chose to cut ties with them after the “dynamic stopped being healthy and positive.”

Tisdale, who shares daughter Jupiter, 4, and daughter Emerson, 1, with husband Christopher French, previously wrote about the estrangement that “brought [her] to tears” in a candid blog post.

She railed against the “ugly” group’s “mean girl behavior” and isolation, which left her feeling “hurt, drained and left out” over time.

“I realized that there were group text chains that didn’t include everyone, which led to cliques forming within the larger group,” she explained. “And after the third or fourth time of seeing social media photos of everyone else at a hangout that I didn’t get invited to, it felt like I wasn’t really part of the group after all.”

While the “High School Musical” star did not name members of the group on either occasion, she no longer follows Duff, 38, and Moore, 41, on Instagram — although she does still follow Trainor, 32.

Reps for Duff, Moore and Trainor have yet to respond to Page Six’s requests for comment on Tisdale’s essay.

The A-list mom group has been making headlines for years.

Duff gushed about having a close-knit crew to be “in the trenches with” while speaking to People about their bond in December 2024.

“I feel like our big connection to one another, even though we’re pop stars or on TV, is we love our kids,” the “Lizzie McGuire” alum raved at the time. “They were little baby worms when we all first got together and started music class at my house.

“Now, we’re in art class together, and we’re in gymnastics class together, and we’re just, like, moms,” the “Metamorphosis” singer continued.

Moore told InStyle how “grateful” she was to be in the “cool mom club” in May 2022.

“Somehow, I got invited into it and it’s the best,” the “This Is Us” alum said. “I’ve made so many wonderful friends.
