A Bronx woman was stabbed multiple times and left to die inside a Highbridge apartment building on Saturday night — with cops now questioning a pair of potential suspects in the brutal slaying.
Shashamanie Thompson, 30, was found unconscious and unresponsive at 1182 Ogden Ave. when police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress shortly after 10 p.m., the NYPD reported.

Thompson, who suffered stab wounds to her face and abdomen, was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, according to police.
Two people identified as persons of interest were taken into custody and being questioned by cops at the 44th Precinct stationhouse on Sunday afternoon, police said — but no arrests have been made.
The deadly stabbing may have been the result of a bitter spat between neighbors that turned violent, law enforcement sources told The Post Sunday.
The NYPD said the incident remains under investigation.
