Mariah Carey’s twins Monroe and Moroccan looked all grown up in their 2025 Christmas photos with their mom.
The “All I Want for Christmas is You” songstress, 56, looked surprisingly short as she posed alongside her 14-year-old twins, whom she shares with her ex-husband Nick Cannon, in her Friday Instagram post.
Monroe and Moroccan hyped up their mom with their fits as they both sported matching “All I Want for Christmas is You” sweatshirts featuring their pop star mom on the front.

Carey looked ever the proud mom as she gave a beaming smile while standing between the two teens.
She was all glammed-up for the post, donning a long-sleeved, red, glittering dress with black tights and heels for the photo-op.
Days prior, the songstress shared another set of Christmas Eve photos showing this year’s visit from Santa Claus.
Cannon did not appear to join Carey and their kids for the holiday as he wasn’t pictured. Though, he managed to take several Christmas photoshoots with some of his other children’s moms including Abby De La Rosa and Bre Tiesi.

However, he appeared to have spent some time with his daughter Monroe earlier this week, according to his Tuesday Instagram post.
In addition to his twins with Carey, 56, the “Wild N’ Out” host, 45, is also father to son Golden “Sagon,” daughter Powerful Queen, and son Rise Messiah, all of whom he welcomed with Brittany Bell; twin sons Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, whom he shares with De la Rosa; son Onyx, whom he welcomed with Lanisha Cole; son Legendary, whom he welcomed with Tiesi; and daughter Halo, whom he shares with model Alyssa Scott.
He also fathered a son with Scott, Zen, who died in December 2021 due to a brain tumor.

Despite the big family, Monroe made her stance with the rest of her 10 siblings clear in November as she seemingly shaded them with an Instagram message.
“Clearing something up guys, I only have ONE brother,” Monroe wrote via her Instagram Story, tagging her twin brother, Moroccan.
She went on to acknowledge that she has “other half-siblings from [her] dad,” but noted “they are all many years younger than me.”
