The “It Ends With Us” legal war continues.

Blake Lively’s attorneys are now blasting Justin Baldoni’s attorneys over their alleged “disruptive” deposition behavior.

The “Gossip Girl” alum, 38, called out attorneys Bryan Freedman and Kevin Fritz for allegedly showing “conduct that impeded, delayed, and frustrated” the “fair” examination of one of their experts, according to a Dec. 19 letter to Judge Lewis Liman that has been obtained by Page Six.

“Throughout discovery, multiple defense counsel insisted on making speaking objections, often in depositions they were not defending, and consuming time on the record to demean and orate,” Lively’s attorney, Michael J. Gottlieb, writes.

As evidence, Lively’s lawyers submitted a letter from September which they claim highlights Baldoni’s team’s “inappropriate and unprofessional behavior” as they complained about Baldoni’s lawyers asking “probative” questions regarding Lively’s sex life.

“Ms. Lively’s sexual and/or romantic history has no bearing on the matters at issue in this case and we will not tolerate such examination, which will be the subject of a protective order and sanctions motion if it happens again,” Lively’s attorneys wrote.

The attorneys cited the rape shield law statute, which “bars evidence of a sexual assault victim’s sexual behavior or sexual history” unless its merits “substantially outweighs the risk of unfair prejudice or harm” as the reason why such questions were irrelevant to the sexual harassment case.

In addition, Lively’s legal team also complained that Baldoni’s lawyers showed a “lack of basic decorum” due to their “insulting comments, audible cross-talk and laughter during examination.”

In their Dec. 19 letter, Lively’s lawyers not only requested that the judge impose sanctions on both attorneys for the behavior, but the actress’ team is looking to compel their expert, Nicole Alexander, for another deposition and is asking that Baldoni pay the fees for the “necessitated” effort.

They are also asking that Lively be awarded “half of its reasonable expenses and attorney fees incurred in connection with the deposition and this motion.”

Reps for Lively and Baldoni did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Lively filed a formal lawsuit against the “It Ends With Us” director in December 2024 for alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages.

Baldoni, 41, responded with a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds. However, that suit has since been tossed.

A May 18, 2026, trial date has been set for their case. The two parties have a court-mandatory settlement conference scheduled for Feb. 11, per People.
