They’re clicking taboos to the curb.
Pornhub has released its annual Year in Review report, revealing women are tuning in to X-rated videos at record rates.
In 2025, the fairer sex made up a sizable 38 percent of all visitors to the adult website around the world, a 14 percent surge since 2015.
“Over the last decade, our statisticians have been tracing the proportion of female visitors to Pornhub,” the company stated. “They have noticed an upward trend over the years, putting into question the dated umbrella statement: ‘It’s only men who watch porn.’”
In the Philippines, Colombia, and Argentina, women now make up a majority of Pornhub visitors.
In Mexico, the stats were almost split: 48 percent of all visitors to the site this year were female.
Meranwhile, American men are still more likely than their female counterparts to peruse porn, with just over a quarter of all searches (28 percent) conducted by women.
The Year In Review report also exposes the specific X-rated proclivities of kinksters across the US.
“Latina” was the most popular search term in America for 2025, according to the company, ahead of “MILF” and “Asian,” which came in second and third place, respectively.
Searches for “Indian” surged in popularity, per the raunchy report, while “furry” fell out of favor. The number of searches for that term decreased when compared to 2024.
Pornhub also revealed which states spent the longest on the website, with Alaska taking top spot.
Residents of The Last Frontier lasted 11 minutes and 48 seconds on average for each visit.
Meanwhile, Louisianians spent the least time online each session, with the average Pornhub perusal lasting just 8 minutes and 52 seconds.
Pornhub has been blocked in numerous American states, including Florida and Texas, but the company broke down the most popular relative search terms for each state that can still access the steamy site.
In California, there was an outsized interest in “Latina amateur” videos, while “Dominican” was the top relative search term in New York.
“Thicc” took top spot in Louisiana, while “puffy nipples” proved particularly popular in Pennsylvania.
