Erika Kirk claps back at conspiracies over jewelry — as Charlie’s alleged killer to make first in-person court appearance

Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin is due to make his first in-person court appearance on Thursday — as the late conservative podcaster’s grieving widow Erika slapped back at conspiracy theories surrounding her husband’s death, and bizarrely, her jewelry.

Alleged gunman Tyler Robinson, who is accused of killing the Turning Point USA founder at a Utah State University event, will appear in-person in court in Provo, Utah on Thursday — more than three months after the horrific, caught-on camera slaying.

Since Charlie’s death, Erika, who has taken over for her husband as CEO of Turning Point USA, has been forced to deflect rampant conspiracy theories that have emerged online surrounding her husband’s death, including wild allegations about her jewelry.

“At this point, it’s the conspiracy collection — get it before Christmas,” Erika clapped back on Fox News’ “Outnumbered” on Wednesday, flashing her bedazzled right hand at the camera.

Several prominent right-wing figures such as Candace Owens have made unfounded claims about his death in recent weeks and raised questions about his high-profile funeral.

Erika said she understands people want answers, but has grown outraged as the conspiracy theories have attacked her immediate family and the people she works with.

“This is righteous anger because this is not okay, this is not healthy. This is a mind virus,” she said.

In Utah, a judge is weighing how much access the media will have in the courthouse over concerns of a fair trial.

Both Robinson’s legal team and the Utah County Sheriff’s Office have requested cameras be banned from the courthouse, according to ABC News.

Robinson had previously appeared in court twice, but one was virtual and the second audio only.

He is charged with aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child.

He has not yet entered a plea.
