A so-called “kissing club” at a prestigious Los Angeles private school is giving new meaning to the term “mean girls.”
A bombshell lawsuit is claiming the club was a hive of bullying and degradation — so depraved that a seven-year-old girl was forced to “kiss and touch” the genitals of older girls.
The girl, referred to in the lawsuit as “E.K.”, was allegedly bullied by older girls for months at the Sierra Canyon private school prior to the sexual assaults.
E.K., who is now 9, became afraid to go to the bathroom at school due to older girls peaking in her stall while she used it, and was also the victim of name-calling, according to the suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The girl’s mother, Pantea Kipnis, claimed she contacted the school to report the bullying and requested a bathroom monitor — but the school allegedly took no action to protect her daughter.
After two girls were caught kissing in the bathroom towards the end of the 2023-2024 school year, teachers discovered the “kissing club” and found that some of the students had taped their behavior on cell phones, the suit claimed.
One teacher allegedly sent herself videos of inappropriate behavior from a student’s phone and shared it with her colleagues.

E.K. was intimidated and bullied into joining the “kissing club” by two 8-year-old girls who bullied younger girls to join, according to the suit.
She was allegedly pressured to kiss other girls, and ultimately forced to “kiss and touch” their “genital area.
“This escalation of behavior was a result of the complete lack of supervision that allowed this club to exist for an extended period of time, giving the older girls the opportunity to further their sexual assault of E.K and others,” the lawsuit said.
The girl’s parents, Pantea and Max Kipnis, claimed they found about the assaults from another parent whose child was also assaulted — and blasted the school for its inaction.
They asserted that the school did not have “adequate policies and procedures in place to effectively handle sexually inappropriate behavior by other students,” and failed to train their staff sufficiently to respond to such behavior.

The parents suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the school failing to protect their daughter, the suit claimed.

“As a mother, the feeling of being hopeless and not being able to protect my child from this harm that 100% could have been avoided is crushing,” Pantea told Fox 11 LA, fighting back tears.
Sierra Canyon School could not be reached for comment.
