“Million Dollar Listing” reality TV star Josh Flagg has put his Miami home on the market for $9.99 million — and he’s never even lived there.

The house, at 4727 N. Bay Road, is across from Victoria and David Beckham’s $72.3 million compound. The listing was first reported by TMZ.

Flagg Family Capital (the Flagg family’s private real estate investment arm), in partnership with Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld’s Carolwood LP, bought the 4,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home in 2023 for $4.25 million, according to reports.

The ritzy residence, which dates to 1933, has been gutted and rebuilt with Builtin Studio’s Gary Eisner.

“I didn’t expect to sell so soon, but then again, I also didn’t expect to be neighbors with half of Goldman Sachs,” Flagg quips to Gimme.

The gated home features four bedrooms and five baths. Inside, design details include vaulted ceilings, an original limestone fireplace, custom millwork, a white-oak kitchen and custom steel windows and doors. There’s also a pool and a pool house with a sauna and a cold plunge.

North Bay Road is known as the richest road in Miami. The four-mile stretch has seen $1.19 billion in sales since 2020, according to the Wall Street Journal. Other past and present property owners include Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and Karlie Kloss and Josh Kushner.

Flagg also recently bought a home in East Hampton and a commercial building in NYC’s Soho, Gimme Shelter previously revealed. The listing broker is Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp, LLC.
