Britney Spears shares cryptic post about ‘suffering’ and ‘darkness’ as concerns grow about singer’s erratic behavior

Britney Spears shared a cryptic post about “suffering” and “darkness” amid growing concerns about the singer’s well-being.

Late Saturday night, the “Toxic” songstress took to Instagram to share a video of herself dancing in a leopard print bodysuit and black heels set to the tune of Adele’s “Send My Love (To Your New Lover).”

“Haven’t found my party dress for this year 👗… Reflecting is good for the soul… Sometimes when hard things happen, good things come from it and we learn,” she captioned the post.

“I learned that a real note of expression with emotion speaks volumes for us all!! Call it childish, silly, annoying… We grow up to become women but do you dare keep the most sensitive part of the soul and allow it to rebel… the child within must speak in the most vulnerable of times,” Spears, 43, penned.

“Sadness and darkness survive to make an understanding of losing someone and of the hurt and pain… Sometimes through suffering and ugliness and sacrifice, extremely rare and beautiful things can be manifested and shared that can touch another person so they understand they are not alone… and yet the woman in me will make sure I find my destination.”

The “Crossroads” actress ended her lengthy caption by switching gears to talk about how much food she indulged in during Thanksgiving.

“PS I can’t even look at food after this Thanksgiving… I cheated I was so bad… but it felt so damn good… forgive me father,” she wrote.

Spears’ latest dancing video comes nearly two weeks after she was spotted leaving a wine bar with a champagne flute in hand, then getting into her car and speeding off.

At the time, the “Gimme More” hitmaker’s team insisted to the Daily Mail that the pop star was not drinking any alcohol during the rare outing.

After the photos went viral, Spears took to Instagram to blast the paparazzi, calling them “incredibly mean” for always taking “the worst photos” of her.

The Grammy winner also said she “can’t go anywhere” without being harassed. “It’s so offensive,” she added.

In September, Page Six exclusively reported that Spears had been refusing help from people as fears about her mental health and living conditions continued to grow.

“She has people like staff, security guards, assistants, no real friends,” an insider told us.

One source told us that though Spears “has moments of clarity and moments where it feels like a roller coaster,” she is “still the sweetest, kindest person.”

They added: “We’re always concerned about Britney and her well-being and making sure if she’s OK. The question is, ‘How do we help her?’”

The “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer’s friends are also reportedly worried that Spears is residing in a “messy mansion” covered in dog poop.

“Her house is a mess. She doesn’t clean up after the dogs, she doesn’t have someone there cleaning every day, and she just isn’t functioning like an adult would function,” a source told the Daily Mail.

In November 2021, Spears famously broke free of her 13-year legal conservatorship.
