Between streaming and cable, viewers have a seemingly endless variety of things to watch. Here is a selection of TV shows and specials that are airing or streaming this week, Nov. 24-30. Details and times are subject to change.

Two weeks ago, in the comments of this column, I asked readers to share which TV shows they have been enjoying recently. I read through the suggestions and started watching two new (to me) series.
One reader suggested “The Gone,” a moody mystery on the streaming platform Acorn TV, which focuses on British and other international shows. In the show, an Irish detective and a New Zealand detective pair up to find an Irish couple who have gone missing in the New Zealand countryside. Of course, the disappearance is more than it seems and leads the investigators down a path that uncovers other murders. Two seasons now streaming on Acorn TV.
Another reader suggested a German language show, “Dark,” with similarly eerie vibes. This one follows four families in a small town who are connected by a decades-long mystery involving missing children. The search for them delves into unsavory parts of the town’s history and includes a foreboding cave at its edge. Three seasons are streaming on Netflix.

Your Thanksgiving Day lineup.
Labubus will be among the characters making their way toward Herald Square at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this year. If floats aren’t up your alley, Colbie Caillat, Busta Rhymes, Kool & the Gang and others will perform. Either way, the broadcast will be a welcome distraction from family disagreements about politics. Thursday at 8:30 a.m. on NBC and streaming on Peacock.
And while the pies are cooling, tune in to see purebred pups trot across your screen for The National Dog Show. as competitors from 180 breeds vie for the Best in Show title. Thursday at 12 p.m. on NBC and streaming on Peacock.
Finally, as you digest your turkey and tune out tasteless comments from across the room, it’s time for football. The Kansas City Chiefs will play the Dallas Cowboys and Post Malone will perform in the halftime show. Thursday at 4:30 p.m. on CBS.
A dance show ends and a supernatural series begins.
And the Len Goodman mirror ball trophy goes to … Alix Earle? Robert Irwin? Dylan Efron? or Elaine Hendrix? Those are the four finalist in this year’s “Dancing With the Stars” season, who have only a few dances left to prove themselves the winners of the competition. This year broke records for the show — each episode has topped the last by receiving the most votes of all time. Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC and streaming on Disney+.
It was July 2016 when the first season of “Stranger Things” aired. For reference, Donald Trump had yet to be elected president, and Britain had just voted to leave the European Union. Now the show is wrapping up its run with the fifth and final season. The first four episodes will air this week, three more on Christmas Day and the series finale will drop on New Year’s Eve. Streaming Wednesday at 8 p.m. on Netflix.
The Beatles, sports commentary and a classic sitcom.
The restoration of “Beatles Anthology,” a documentary series that first aired in the United States in 1995, has been a long time coming. Footage was compiled in the 1970s but without the involvement of the band’s members. In 1992, 12 years after John Lennon was killed, the project was resurrected, and this time the remaining bandmates gave interviews. Now, the series is getting yet another life with this new restoration, by the filmmaker Peter Jackson’s production company, complete with an episode of more behind-the-scenes footage. Streaming Wednesday on Disney+.
In 1996, the sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond” premiered. The show and its actors went on to win an armload of Emmy Awards, and it became a prime-time staple throughout its nine-season run. Now the star of the show, Ray Romano, and the creator, Philip Rosenthal, are hosting “Everybody Loves Raymond 30th Anniversary Special.” The 90-minute show features conversations with former cast members and unseen footage from filming. Monday 8 p.m. on CBS.
Starting this week, the comedians Kevin Hart and Kenan Thompson will be talking all things sports in their new weekly show “Good Sports.” The series will feature celebrities and athletes gabbing about recent games and, of course, inserting lots of jokes. Tuesday at 8 p.m. on Prime Video.
