Every December, thousands of Santas descend on Manhattan for the boisterous bar crawl known as SantaCon.

One of New York’s most polarizing holiday traditions, SantaCon is beloved by some, dreaded by many and nearly impossible to ignore.

This year, we’re gathering readers’ stories about the event: the joyful, the bizarre, the unexpectedly moving and the truly unbelievable.

Whether you were swept into a drunken conga line, met the love of your life in a sea of red felt or simply witnessed something unforgettable on a Santa-filled subway car, we want to hear about it.
