
On December 2, TIME will announce the recipients of the first-ever TIME100 Impact Awards Abu Dhabi, recognizing leaders shaping the future of their industries and communities.
TIME will host a celebration in Abu Dhabi on December 5 during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix weekend.
Today, TIME announced it will host the inaugural TIME100 Impact Awards Abu Dhabi as part of the continued global expansion of its brand and live journalism portfolio.

On December 2, TIME will reveal the recipients of the TIME100 Impact Awards Abu Dhabi, honoring extraordinary leaders who are shaping the future of their industries and their communities. To celebrate, on December 5, TIME will host an invitation-only gala during the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix weekend, marking the brand’s continued growth in the region. The event will bring together members of the global TIME and TIME100 Companies community alongside influential regional executives and innovators.

It marks the latest chapter in the global expansion of the TIME100 franchise. To date, TIME has convened TIME100 Impact Awards events in Dubai, Singapore and Rwanda, and has also hosted major events in Brazil, Cannes, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and more throughout 2025. Through the TIME100 Impact Awards and TIME100 AI Impact Awards, TIME has recognized leaders across industries and continents including actor and filmmaker Idris Elba; activist and CEO Sabrina Dhowre Elba; IBM Chairman and CEO Arvind Krishna; architect Sir David Adjaye; philanthropist Graça Machel; media entrepreneur Jeffrey Katzenberg; vice president and Meta chief AI scientist Yann LeCun; U.A.E.
