Panicked 911 callers described the carnage and chaos after two New Jersey teen girls were fatally mowed down by a crazed driver – with one witness telling dispatchers, “nobody’s conscious … everyone’s done.”

The deadly scene unfolded on a quiet Cranford street Sept. 29 after Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas, both 17, were allegedly targeted by 17-year-old Vincent Battiloro, who is accused of stalking one of the victims.

Numerous 911 calls flooded into dispatch, with shocked bystanders relaying that two victims were on the ground on Maria’s block after they were run over by a black SUV.

One of the horrified witnesses was a relative of Maria, but the call was disconnected, the Niotis family told The Post Wednesday.

Attorney Brent Bramnick declined to say which family member dialed for help.

But the hysteria was palpable with one caller delivering a grim diagnosis.

“Nobody’s conscious, nobody,” one man reported. “Everyone’s done. Not moving. It’s fatal.”

Another woman was overwhelmed with emotion.

“There’s a girl here on the street,” the woman cried. “… I’m just coming out, there’s a girl in the road and there’s a car, oh my God, please hurry. Oh my God, oh my God.”

Bramnick said listening back to the pleas for help has been haunting for the Niotis family.

“The hardest part is having to relive this horrific event and hear all the hysteria, all the chaos,” he said. “Everyone is panicked, and rightfully so. It couldn’t be more horrific what they’re seeing.”

Others witnesses tried to explain what happened in the immediate aftermath of the crash.

“A black SUV flew down the road and hit people,” said a female caller. “This woman is on the floor.”

“Hurry up please, hurry up,” she continued while hyperventilating. “Holy f–k, holy sh–.”

Another male caller said it looked like a car hit a person “who’s in trouble now,” while an additional male caller said “there was a car that struck them and kept going.”

“There looks like a car accident into an e-bike,” a female caller relayed as an ambulance siren could be heard in the background. “There’s nobody on the bike and there’s nobody in the car.”

Battiloro is facing first-degree murder charges, but has been charged so far as a juvenile.

Union County prosecutors have until early December to file a motion to move the case to adult court, which a judge would ultimately need to decide.

Battiloro allegedly harassed and stalked Maria for months – even ordering a pizza to her home in a prank – leading up to the grisly scene, her family said.

He was initially taken into custody soon after the crash, but released to his ex-cop dad before he was officially arrested and charged later in the week.

Details around his criminal case have been sparse because the matter is a juvenile proceeding so far, but Battiloro was identified by NJ.com through traffic tickets tied to the crash.
