White House unveils cheeky Valentine’s Day cards featuring Maduro, Rubio and the shutdown sombrero: ‘You captured my heart’

The White House released a series of irreverent Valentine’s Day cards on social media Friday featuring some of the most meme’d images of President Trump’s second term.

“You captured my heart,” reads the first card, which includes an image of deposed dictator Nicolas Maduro being flown out of Venezuela shackled and blindfolded after Operation Absolute Resolve.

The infamous snapshot of Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) “sipping margaritas” with alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador is framed in a heart on the second card, with the message: “My love for you is as strong as Democrats love for illegal aliens.”

“I’d fly 1,537 miles to have a drink with you!” the love note continues.

Another card shows Trump holding up a freshly inked executive order with the text: “Executive Order 4547  … UR My Valentine.”

The White House also poked fun at the president’s desire to take over Greenland, which residents of the semi-autonomous Danish territory and European leaders have strongly opposed.

“It’s time we define our situationship,” reads the card with a heart around Arctic island.

One of the sombreros the White House used to troll Democratic leaders Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) during the record-long, 43-day government shutdown last fall is also featured.

The sombrero is referred to on the card as “My Ex.”

Trump signature Truth Social sign off – “Thank you for your attention to this matter” – is the message on another note, with an arrow directing the phrase towards the words “my heart.”

“Don’t make me work for your love,” reads the card poking fun at the many hats Rubio has had to wear throughout Trump’s second term.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s expansive job portfolio has spawned a thousand memes – and now a Valentine’s Day card.

“Don’t make me work for your love,” reads the card poking fun at the many hats Rubio has had to wear throughout Trump’s second term.

The Post previously reported that the White House’s online jokes are devised mostly by Trump himself, deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino and deputy communications director Kaelan Dorr.
