Ashley Tisdale shares cryptic message about finding strength as ‘toxic’ mom group drama continues

Ashley Tisdale shared an inspiring — albeit cryptic — message about finding strength as her “toxic” mom group drama rages on.

The Disney Channel alum was seen striking a yoga pose against a desert landscape in an Instagram clipon Friday.

The camera panned out as she continued to stretch, with relaxing instrumental music playing in the background.

“Find your strength within,” she wrote atop the Reel, adding, “Coming 2.1.”

She wore her hair in a loose bun and her silhouette, clad in workout clothes, was visible as she continued the fluid movements.

The “High School Musical” star tagged her wellness brand, Frenshe, in the caption, though she added no other information.

Fans in the comments thread gushed over the serene images — and some hinted at the drama unearthed after she published an essay for The Cut earlier this month shading her former mom group.

“#TeamAshley!!” one person wrote, while another added, “always ♥”

She also tagged her lifestyle brand, Frenshe.

“We will always support you. Never forget that!” a third chimed in. “We always with u 💕 I can’t wait,” yet another chimed in.

“Beautiful!❤ To Growth & Transformation 🔥🙌” a fifth person gushed.

The social media post comes amid the actress’s mom group drama, which continues to play out in the media and social media.

Tisdale, 40, initially ruffled feathers by lashing out at her former mom group in the essay, during which she accused them of being “toxic,” excluding her from hangouts, and making her feel “not cool enough” for them.

“This is too high school for me and I don’t want to take part in it anymore,” she recalled texting to the group.

Though she didn’t name names, she did belong to a star-studded mom group that counts Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor, and Mandy Moore among its ranks.

Following the explosive essay, Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, dissed Tisdale via an Instagram Story on Tuesday.

Alongside a mocked-up cover of himself on the cover of The Cut was a made-up headline reading, “A mom group tell all through a father’s eyes: When You’re the Most Self-Obsessed Tone Deaf Person on Earth, Other Moms Tend to Shift Focus To Their Actual Toddlers.” He added atop the photo, “Read my new interview with @thecut.”

Trainor, for her part, was seemingly taken aback by the drama as she shared a clip of herself “finding out about the apparent mom group drama” while surfing the web. In the background, her 2025 hit “Still Don’t Care” played.

Trainor’s husband Daryl Sabara took the high road, telling TMZ in an impromptu interview on Thursday that there’s “no drama over here.”

“I don’t really know what’s going on, I hope she’s OK though,” he added of Tisdale.

A source told Page Six on Thursday that Tisdale was frozen out by her former mom-pals because of a “myriad of things, not just one specific.”
