Ray J doubles down on racketeering claims against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner

Ray J isn’t backing down on his racketeering claims against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

The “Sexy Can I” hitmaker, 44, now claims that the SKIMS founder, 45, and Jenner, 70, teamed up with Vivid Entertainment to “defraud the public with their fake [defamation] lawsuit” against him.

“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again. I have no doubt about that,” he said in legal docs obtained by TMZ on Saturday.

The reality TV star is now asking a judge to dismiss the case, claiming that Jenner and her daughter have committed legal wrongdoings that are “worse” than the accusations leveled against Sean “Diddy” Combs — the disgraced music mogul was also previously accused of racketeering in his federal sex trafficking trial.

“Kim’s and Kris’ RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of. Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them,” Ray J continued.

He adds that the famous mother daughter duo committed credit card fraud against him and his family by building an $850,000 bill.

Reps for Kardashian, Jenner and Ray J did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation suit against Ray J in October after he alleged that he was working with the feds to build a RICO case against them.

Ray J responded to their suit the following month with a countersuit, claiming that Kardashian and Jenner were behind the leak of their sex tape in 2007.

He further called their defamation suit a “publicity, power, and punishment” move against him because he “no longer wants to play along with their tall tale.”

In addition to stating that he and Kardashian consensually filmed their sex tape in 2003, he claims that the decision to release it was prompted by the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” alums in 2006. The three parties allegedly each signed an agreement to release the tape through Vivid Entertainment.

In his filing, he added that Jenner, Kardashian and the shapewear mogul’s ex-husband, Kanye West, went on to falsely accuse him of sexual assaulting Kardashian on their Hulu series. They also accused him of releasing revenge porn and extortion.

After Ray J responded to their accusations through his attorney, Howard King, the pair eventually agreed to pay him $6 million in a settlement agreement that also stated there would be “no further mention or public reference” to the sex tape on the show.

However, Kardashian, Kris, West and Kendall Jenner violated the agreement “almost immediately after the Agreement was executed,” Ray J claimed.

He now adds that he was “defrauded” into signing the agreement and that Kardashian’s lawyers attempted to “extort” him after he answered questions about the tape on a 2024 podcast.
