Brandi Glanville couldn’t be more “thrilled” to finally have an official diagnosis for her facial disfigurement after a two-year search for answers.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum said she received the good news on Thursday, reports TMZ.
“I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I’m just thrilled,” she said.
Glanville, 53, deliberately stayed quiet on the diagnosis, telling the outlet that she’ll be sharing it “soon.”
“It’s been hell. I’ve turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I’ve been in my house for two years,” she said of her long health journey.
The update comes shortly after the reality TV star filled fans in on her health journey last Wednesday.
“It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,” she told Us Weekly.
After moving into her new place, she told the outlet that she’s most looking forward to her “peace.”
“I’m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home and really taking care of myself,” she said.
The former Bravolebrity has been transparent about her health struggles since she first started experiencing issues with her facial disfigurement, which originally presented as a swollen face, in 2023.
In addition to seeking various treatments, Glanville has visited several doctors, including famed “Botched” plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, in search of an official diagnosis.
While she previously blamed Bravo for the disfigurement by saying she was stressed from their legal drama, Glanville later hypothesized that the health issue could be due to a parasite she contracted.
The “Real Housewives” alum has also candidly shared the toll her health journey has taken on her finances.
In August, Glanville shared that she felt like “such a loser” due to her mounting medical costs after many hospital visits and doctor appointments left her in financial ruin.
“I’m paying the minimum on my credit cards. I’ve exhausted my savings,” the former reality star told Us Weekly in August.
“At my age, I feel like such a loser in a way, because I was taking care of everything,” she said. “I was together. I had great credit. Now I’m scared about every little thing.”
