Most women dream of being showered with flowers regularly, and for one woman, that dream has come true—so much so that she’s had to start drying them to keep up. Now, millions are captivated by her ever-growing collection.

Her sister, Sana Pierre, revealed that she receives flowers every week—sometimes even two or three times—from her thoughtful partner, Trent. The floral tradition didn’t begin as a conscious collection, but rather a happy accident.

It all started when she received a birthday bouquet from a friend named B. After some time, the flowers naturally dried out, and instead of throwing them away, she turned them upside down and hung them from her clothing rack.

“And to my surprise, I loved how they looked. There was something hauntingly beautiful about them—soft, muted, delicate. It felt like they carried stories in their stillness. That moment sparked something in me,” she told Newsweek.

Inspired, she dove down a Pinterest rabbit hole, researching dried flower decor ideas. Soon after, she tied a thin rope in one corner of her room to display her collection.

“It added a quiet, earthy charm to the space, and I knew I wanted to fill that rope with more dried flowers,” she said.

“I kept telling myself I’d go out and buy more blooms for it. But every night, I’d lie in bed, look at that lonely rope, and quietly think, ‘How beautiful would it be to receive flowers for this—from my man.”

At the time, she didn’t have a romantic partner. That changed when she met Trent while they were both working shifts at a warehouse as she finished her studies. Their shared routine turned into a friendship, and soon blossomed into something more—complete with regular bouquets.

Now, the dried flowers serve as a chronicle of their love story. Her sister Omesha, @piscesprincessa111, captured the heartwarming setup in a TikTok video that went viral, amassing 10.2 million views and 2.2 million likes. The video, which pans across a line of dried bouquets hanging in her room, included the caption: “My sister dries all the flowers her man gives her…Gonna turn into a mystical garden soon.”

For the woman at the heart of the story, each bouquet means more than just a pretty gesture.

“‘What’s the occasion?’ and he always smiles and says, ‘Just because.’ It means the world to me,” she said.

“He says he loves the way my eyes light up when I receive them—but what he doesn’t always realize is that it’s not just about the flowers. It’s about being thought of. It’s about being seen. It’s about feeling like someone is paying attention to the little things that make you feel special. That kind of love—the thoughtful, quiet, consistent kind—is rare.

“Every bouquet feels like a gentle reminder that I matter. That I’m loved without needing a reason. It makes me feel appreciated, nurtured, and chosen—over and over again. And honestly… it’s not the flowers themselves, but the heart behind them that moves me. It’s knowing that even on ordinary days, I’m someone worth celebrating to him. And that feeling—being loved that way—has changed me.”

How to Dry Flowers at Home

Want to recreate the look? Here’s a simple way to dry flowers, according to the Royal Horticultural Society, a U.K. gardening charity.

  1. Choose fresh blooms—ideally just before they fully open.
  2. Remove excess leaves and trim stems to desired length.
  3. Tie the stems together with string or twine.
  4. Hang them upside down in a cool, dark, and dry place.
  5. Leave them for two to four weeks until completely dry.

Once dried, they can be displayed as-is or used in wreaths, frames, or jars.

Internet Reactions

TikTokers flooded the comments section, sharing a mix of admiration, envy, and cultural observations.

“I’ve been with my bf for 3 years and he’s only given me 1 singular rose, even tho I told him I would really like it,” said one user.

“I’m amazed so many people in the comments don’t know that dried flowers don’t attract bugs and they also don’t smell. Do people know basic physics and herbology? cmon,” wrote another.

Others chimed in with superstitions and regional beliefs. “In our country keeping dry flowers at home can make you have bad luck, maybe it’s just a superstition I don’t know,” someone added.
