UFC 289 is set to stream tonight, June 10, from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. The main event features a women’s bantamweight title match between current champ Amanda Nunes and challenger Irene Aldana.

The pay-per-view livestream is exclusive to ESPN+ members in the US, but if you’re outside the country, don’t worry, there are a few international viewing options. We’ll also guide you step-by-step on how to use a VPN to watch UFC 289 no matter where you are.

UFC 289 livestream quick links

Amanda Nunes first won the UFC women’s bantamweight title in a July 2016 victory over Miesha Tate, but then lost the title in a December 2021 fight against Julianna Peña. Nunes and Peña had a rematch in July 2022, where Nunes won the bantamweight title back.

Though UFC 289 was originally supposed to be headlined by another rematch between Peña and Nunes, Peña had to withdraw due to an injury. Irene Aldana will replace her on the main card. Aldana is currently ranked fifth in the bantamweight division.

How to watch UFC 289 in the US

US viewers can watch the main event of UFC 289 on ESPN+ tonight at 10 p.m. ET. The main card requires an ESPN+ subscription ($10/month) and an extra pay-per-view fee of $80.

Prior to the main event, fans can watch the early prelims at 7 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass. The prelims will then follow at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+ (no pay-per-view fee required).

The ESPN+ app is available on all of the best streaming devices, including Amazon Fire, Apple, Android, Chromecast, PlayStation, Xbox, Roku, Samsung smart TVs, and more.

Ways to save on the UFC 289 pay-per-view price

If you’re not already a member and you plan on signing up for ESPN+ to watch UFC 289, you can take advantage of a discounted package.

New subscribers can purchase a one-year ESPN+ plan with access to UFC 289 included for a total of $124.98. That’s more than 30% off the regular combined price of an annual membership and a UFC PPV.

Just keep in mind, after your first year of service, ESPN+ will renew for the regular annual fee of $100 unless you cancel.

What if you’re not in the US?

If you’re not in the US, you still have a few options to watch UFC 289. The fight is available to watch in the UK with BT Sport, which costs £30 a month as a standalone service. In Canada, UFC 289 will be available as a pay-per-view though several TV providers as well as directly via UFC Fight Pass. The pay-per-view typically costs $65.

And even if you’re outside any of the above locations, you can still access the fight no matter where you are with a VPN. A VPN, which stands for virtual private network, can unlock geo-restrictions so you can stream UFC 289 through services carrying the fight without having to be in the US, UK, or Canada. A VPN also provides users with a more secure internet connection.

Our top recommendation for the best VPN service is ExpressVPN. New members can get a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How to watch UFC 289 with a VPN

Here’s the fight card for UFC 289: Nunes vs. Aldana

Early Prelims — 7 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass

Prelims — 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN+

Main Card — 10 p.m. ET on ESPN+

Note: The use of VPNs is illegal in certain countries and using VPNs to access region-locked streaming content might constitute a breach of the terms of use for certain services. Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal use of VPNs.
