Trey Songz has been sued for sexual assault — again.
A woman identified only as Jane Due filed a lawsuit against the “Mr. Steal Your Girl” singer in federal court Thursday, alleging that he groped her breasts during an incident in 2013.
In the suit obtained by Page Six, the plaintiff claimed she met Songz, 38, for the first time at an event in Foxwoods’ Resort Casino, where he was performing.
According to court documents, she “thought it might be fun to politely take a picture” with the “Na Na” singer “in the background” when they were both inside of a Bacardi Grey Goose Vodka-sponsored tent.
However, Doe claimed that Songz “came up behind” her, and she was “shocked” to see that he allegedly “ripped back her bathing suit top, grabbed her breasts, and exposed them” to those inside of the tent, per the lawsuit.
The plaintiff’s attorneys claim their client “nervously” laughed off the entertainer’s actions to “mask her shock and humiliation.”
Doe allegedly then “pulled her top back on” and placed her arm over her chest as if she were “prepared” for another assault.
The plaintiff’s lawyers claim Songz then “degradingly” chanted, “Titty in the open … titty in the open.” TMZ obtained video of the exchange, which substantiates these claims.
Doe has also accused the “Can’t Help but Wait” singer’s manager, Kevin Liles, and label, Atlantic Records, for their alleged “lack of supervision” and “disregard for the safety of those who attend events” where their client was present.
Per the court documents, the plaintiff has suffered “great pain of mind and body, shock, emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress,” among other issues.
Her attorney, George Vrabeck, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The lawyer told Rolling Stone on Friday, though, that the alleged assault is “disturbing” and a “harsh reminder” that the wider entertainment industry must also “be held accountable.”

Reps for Songz, Liles and Atlantic Records did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
However, the “Slow Motion” singer’s attorney, Michael Freedman, told TMZ Friday, “This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being repurposed into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window.
“We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
Two months ago, Doe fired off a legal letter obtained by TMZ that revealed the accuser wanted Songz to pay her around $5 million to drop the case.
Since no settlement was made, Doe is now seeking at least $10 million in damages.
Aside from this lawsuit, Songz has been involved in a string of legal issues in recent years.
Most recently, a woman refiled a $25 million lawsuit against the “Say Aah” singer for rape, according to Vulture. It was first filed in February 2022, and a rep for the musician denied the claims an accused the plaintiff’s attorney of “witness tampering” in a separate case.
Last year, Songz was also under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in Las Vegas in 2016, but the probe was dropped in April 2022 due to lack of evidence.
