William H. Macy is accused of “knowingly and intentionally” cutting down his neighbor’s trees — resulting in a hefty lawsuit.

The “Shameless” star allegedly damaged next-door neighbor Pierce Brown’s property after instructing his landscapers to chop down trees past his property line, according to court documents obtained by People on Thursday.

The project, which occurred in December 2021, reportedly “destroyed” or “seriously damaged several healthy, decades-old mature pine trees and other vegetation from the Brown Property.”

“The pine trees and other vegetation were located well inside of the Brown Property line,” the complaint, which was filed last week, continued. “In accessing the Brown Property, Macy’s workers damaged the gate that connected the two properties.”

Although Brown was on vacation at the time, he claims Macy, 73, came over the following month and “acknowledged” that his workers went over to the Brown Property without permission and damaged numerous areas — including the hillside.

Brown is now seeking $600,000 in return, citing “loss of property value, loss of use and enjoyment of his property, a loss of privacy, an increase in noise, as well as emotional distress, irritation, annoyance, and discomfort.”

Reps for Macy did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The lawsuit is just the latest legal drama for Macy and his wife, Felicity Huffman, who was involved in the 2019 college admissions scandal.

Huffman, 60, was sentenced to just 14 days in jail after pleading guilty to paying $15,000 to improve her daughter’s SAT scores. However, Macy was not charged.

The former “Desperate Housewives” star was also ordered to pay a $30,000 fine, complete 250 hours of community and serve one year of supervised release.
