Soft-swinging Mormon influencer Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested on domestic violence charges last month after fighting with her boyfriend over a concert they didn’t attend, newly released police bodycam footage shows.

A 10-minute heavily redacted video published Friday by the Daily Mail begins with a hysterically emotional and “hammered” Paul, 28, claiming her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, 30, “threw her into the garage” of her Utah home.

“Because she is attacking the crap out of me!” Mortensen said.

Paul was arrested Feb. 17 and later charged with two felony counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child and a felony count of aggravated assault, as well as misdemeanor counts of child abuse and criminal mischief. She is due in court April 14.

The Post has contacted Paul’s attorney, the Herriman Police Department and the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office for comment.

The video shows Paul standing outside her home, claiming to police that a fight ensued when Mortensen refused to take her to a concert after she became intoxicated while out with friends.

“I’m emotionally hurting,” she told police.

The couple had been dating for about six months at the time.

The mother of two said she “went ballistic” and pushed Mortensen, who allegedly pushed her back “into the kid’s stuff.”

“I just want him out,” Paul sobbed to an officer.

The Post previously reported that Paul admitted to police that she threw a wooden play set and metal chairs at Mortensen.

One of the metal chairs allegedly hit Paul’s 5-year-old daughter, Indy, leaving her with a “goose egg” on the head.

Mortensen told police in the video that Indy was his “bigger concern,” saying he “feels so bad” for the child.

The footage shows Paul telling police that her 2-year-old son Ocean was upstairs sleeping at the time.

She also said she “peed her pants” because she was “so scared” of Mortensen.

Police noted “multiple metal chairs and other household items on the floor” of the home. Mortensen told police he suspected his finger may be broken and his elbow injured. He pointed out alleged minor damage to his truck.

In the video, Mortensen worries about the incident generating headlines. Paul has 4 million TikTok followers.

Mortensen asks an officer: “What happens from here though? I mean, does this go on-record?” adding, “Will her picture be plastered on the website?”

“No, it’s not like she’s going to make the news by any means,” the officer replied, informing him that Paul will have to go to court.

Paul cooperated with police as they handcuffed and led her into a police cruiser, though she repeatedly questioned why she was being arrested.

“So I’m curious how I pissed my pants, but I’m getting under arrest?” she asked an officer.

In August, Paul revealed that she was struggling with depression and extreme weight loss following her shocking divorce from Tate Paul.

The couple had become TikTok famous for their “soft swinging” lifestyle until Paul “crossed the line” with one of their friend’s husbands, resulting in the split.

In her first Instagram Story after her arrest, Paul claimed she is now on anti-depressants.

“The last few weeks have been the hardest of weeks of my life,” Paul wrote at the time. “I wanted to thank all of those who have been by my side, those who reached out and the strangers that stopped to hug me.”

She continued, “I’ve silently been working on healing, therapy, a blessing, starting classes, and got on antidepressants to help me during this time. I’m starting to feel progress and will be back to work soon.

“Again, just thank you for those that have given me grace at this very difficult time,” she added.

Paul and Mortensen posted a loving photo together earlier this month, and Paul has continued to share pictures with her children.

She’s also returned to TikTok, making dance videos with her group of girlfriends and Mortensen.

Paul is not permitted to be with Mortensen and her kids at the same, nor can she consume alcohol until the court case is resolved, according to March 17 court records obtained by The Post.
