Gisele Bündchen shut down reports that sheâs moved on from ex-husband Tom Brady with his billionaire friend Jeffrey Soffer.
âI have zero relationship with him in any way,â the model told Vanity Fair in her April 2023 cover story, published Wednesday.
âHeâs Tomâs friend, not my friend.â
The former Victoriaâs Secret Angel emphasized that she wouldnât get with one of Bradyâs friends following their divorce.
“I wouldnât be with this guy,â she continued. âI mean, puh-leeze.â
Bündchen, 42, specifically got upset over how people assumed she was dating Soffer, 55, because of his $2.2 billion net worth â despite her having her own whopping $400 million.
âThey were saying Iâm with this guy, heâs old, because heâs got money â itâs ridiculous,â Bündchen said.
The supermodel told the outlet that she believes the stories were planted, but she didn’t specify who she thought the alleged source was.
âWho benefits from this? Why would somebody plant something like this? Thereâs only one reason. They want to make me look like something Iâm not,” she added.
Bündchen then began to get emotional when reflecting on the “hate” she’s received since people began “creating false stories about me from the beginning of the divorce.”
âSeeing lies being created all the time about yourself is not easy,â she explained while adding that she’s done her best to “take the high road” over the last five months.
âIâm a simple girl who wants to be in nature â leave me alone. I just want to go do my job and raise my children in peace,” Bündchen concluded.
Bündchen’s denial came shortly after the Daily Mail claimed that Bündchen and Soffer â who was previously married to Elle Macpherson â had been “seeing each other for several months.”

Despite shutting down one romance rumor, the mom of two stayed tight-lipped regarding speculation that sheâs romantically involved with her kidsâ jiu-jitsu instructor, Joaquim Valente.
Bündchen and Valente have been photographed hanging out on several different occasions â including a beach day, running together and horseback riding.
Bündchen and Brady, 45, announced they finalized their divorce after 13 years of marriage last October.
Page Six previously reported that the exes â who share son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10 â had an âepicâ fight over the Tampa Bay Buccaneer quarterback’s decision to retire from the NFL and then un-retire just 40 days later.
âThey had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind,â a source told us last September.
Meanwhile, Brady announced he had retired âfor goodâ on Feb. 1, and insiders told us last month that he “isn’t formally dating anyone” and focusing on his children â including 15-year-old son Jack, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
