Jesse James doesn’t want his pregnant wife, Bonnie Rotten, at his house as they navigate their split.
James, 53, filed his response to Rotten’s most recent divorce petition and asked a judge to block her from entering his Texas home, TMZ reports.
According to court docs obtained by the outlet, the entrepreneur is also requesting exclusive use and possession of any cars and motor vehicles that he owns.
James did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Rotten — a former porn actress whose real name is Alaina Hicks — originally filed for divorce on Dec. 1 after she discovered that James was messaging other women.
Just a few days later, the 29-year-old regretted her decision and “filed a non-suit to stop the divorce.”
“The past week has been a pretty terrible week on all accounts … I mistakenly posted my private business between my husband and I on social media,” she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post.
“I love Jesse so much and was very hurt by what I saw when I went through his phone,” she said, adding that the reason she moved back in was that she didn’t find any evidence of him having a sexual relationship with another woman.
“That’s why I am here working out the marriage that I believe in,” she continued. “There are things in the world with much more importance than our lives.”
Rotten concluded her post by asking for peace so she could “focus on having a healthy pregnancy.”
But she refiled her papers in a Texas courthouse on Tuesday, per TMZ.
Rotten previously shared a photo of her sonogram via her Instagram Story and claimed that James was “busy trying to f–k other women” while she was pregnant with their first kid.
In a second post, she called James a “disgusting human being” and further claimed people tried to warn her about his history of infidelity.
James denied the allegations and posted a series of photos of the now-estranged couple to his Instagram page.
“Baby I didn’t cheat on you I swear!!” he wrote. “I’m sorry we got into a fight. I’m sorry I called you a ‘retard’ when we were fighting.”
James — who wed Rotten in a backyard wedding ceremony in June — continued, “I’ve never tried to cheat on you. I’ve never had the urge to cheat on you. You are the only one I want, forever.”
