Jen Shah was caught having an explosive fight with her family in the streets of Salt Lake City ahead of her fraud case sentencing.
The âReal Housewives of Salt Lake Cityâ star was recorded repeatedly screaming, âFâk you!â while out with four other people on Nov. 5, as seen in footage obtained by TMZ.
The outlet reports that the verbal altercation happened around 9:50 p.m.
While the details of the argument remain unclear, one of the people kept mentioning someoneâs âhusband,â while another hurled homophobic slurs.
Page Six has reached out to Shahâs rep for comment.
Shah, 49, is set to be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to wire fraud in July.
“She accepts full responsibility for her actions and deeply apologizes to all who have been harmed,â her attorney, Priya Chaudhry, said in a statement to Page Six at the time.
âMs. Shah is also sorry for disappointing her husband, children, family, friends and supporters,” the attorney continued. “Jen pled guilty because she wants to pay her debt to society and put this ordeal behind her and her family.â
While the Bravo personality’s sentencing was initially scheduled for Nov. 18, it was postponed to Dec. 15.
The change was due to a “scheduling conflict on the part of several members of the Government team.”
The reality star denied any wrongdoing at first when she was charged with wire fraud in March 2021.
“Thank you to those of you who that have shown my family and I real friendship, unconditional love & true loyalty during this difficult time,” Shah wrote via Instagram Stories the following month.
“Thank you for not judging me and not believing everything you read online.”
In March of the following year, the businesswoman doubled down on her innocence in a Story upload.
“Iâm innocent…and look forward to trial so you along with everyone else can see the truth,” she wrote.
