The MAMA Awards has revealed the official line-up for its two-day event, which celebrates the best in artists in South Korea.
Taking place over two nights, the MAMA Awards will see several musicians like ZICO take to the stage to perform, as well as K-Pop bands like Stray Kids, NewJeans and (G)I-DLE.
Here is everything that fans need to know.
2022 MAMA Awards: ZICO, Stray Kids and More Announced as Performers
The 2022 edition of the MAMA Awards will take place over two nights, on November 29 and 30, at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan.
Each night has a different line-up of performers with Stray Kids leading the event on November 29, and ZICO doing the same on November 30.
The MAMA Awards celebrates the best of that year’s artists from the Korean music scene, from K-Pop to K-Hip Hop, and more.
The full line-up was announced by the awards on social media, and November 29 will feature Stray Kids, TXT, Kep1er, JO1, Hyolyn, FORESTELLA, BIBI, NMIXX, LE SSERAFIM, and the “Street Man Fighter” dance crews.
While on November 30, the full list of performers taking to the stage are Zico, Im Young Woong, (G)I-DLE, NiziU, INI, NewJeans, ITZY, ENHYPEN, IVE, and TREASURE.
2022 MAMA Awards Nominees
The MAMA Awards features several categories, including those that fans can also vote for themselves.
From November 10 to 24, fans will be able to vote on the awards show’s website for their favorite artists to be considered for the Worldwide Fans’ Choice Top 10, fans can also vote for the Worldwide Icon of the Year award.
Artists like ZICO, IU, BTS, and SEVENTEEN have all been nominated in various categories at the awards show.
