The mother of one of Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims is outraged over the “evil” Halloween costumes of the notorious cannibal serial killer.

Shirley Hughes, the mother of Dahmer victim Tony Hughes, told TMZ that the disturbing costumes are simply exploiting the Milwaukee fiend’s 17 victims — and traumatizing their families.

The morbid get-ups sparked a backlash on social media last week, with dozens of Twitter followers furious over the costumes, which were apparently sparked by the popular, controversial Netflix series “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story.”

Shirley Hughes has already taken issue with the series, saying Dahmer’s reign of terror “didn’t happen like that.

“I don’t see how they can do that,” the 85-year-old mom said of Netflix. “I don’t see how they can use our names and put stuff like that out there.”

The Dahmer costumes surfacing in anticipation of Halloween include the killer’s now-signature eyeglasses along with wigs and short-sleeve button-down shirts — with one image showing a young boy posing for a mugshot as Dahmer.

Tony Hughes, a 17-year-old who was deaf and could not speak, met Dahmer at a Milwaukee gay bar May 24, 1991, and went home with the killer.

The teen was drugged and dismembered, with Dahmer keeping his skull.

In all, Dahmer killed 17 boys and men between the late 1970s and the early 1990s, eating or preserving the body parts of many of his victims.

He was arrested in 1991 and later convicted before being killed by another inmate inside a Wisconsin prison in 1994.

The Netflix series has inspired others to exploit the killer’s gruesome notoriety, including a Canadian collector who is selling Dahmer’s possessions online.
