Cristiano Ronaldo and partner Georgina RodrÃguez, who are expecting twins, revealed they’re going to have a boy and a girl.
In an Instagram clip, posted Thursday, Ronaldo’s sons, 11-year-old Cristiano Jr. and 4-year-old Mateo, hold one balloon while daughters Eva Maria, also 4, and 3-year-old Alana Martina hold another.
When RodrÃguez counts to three, the kids pop their balloons to reveal both blue and pink confetti, indicating that the couple are expecting a boy and a girl.
“It’s niño!” shouts Cristiano Jr. as his sisters exclaim, “Niña! Niña!”
“Where life begins and love never ends â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ #blessed” the athlete captioned the clip.
This will be the pair’s second set of twins, as Mateo and Eva Marie were welcomed together in 2017 via surrogate.
âSo happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life,â Ronaldo wrote on Instagram alongside the first photo of him and his first set of twins.
One month later, RodrÃguez confirmed her own pregnancy, welcoming daughter Alana in November 2017.
âBoth Geo and Alana are doing well!â Ronaldo posted in his native Portuguese on Instagram at the time. âWe are all very happy!â
The mom of his elder son, Cristiano Jr., remains anonymous at her request, according to the star.
âWith the agreement of the mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, I will have exclusive custody of my son,â Ronaldo announced on social media at the time of his elder sonâs birth, E! News reports.
The Portuguese soccer star announced that he and Rodriguez were expecting twins in October.
âDelighted to announce we are expecting twinsð¶ð»ð¶ð»..â the athlete and Rodriguez shared with fans via Instagram at the time. âOur hearts are full of love â we canât wait to meet you â¤ï¸ð Blessed!”
