MyPillow CEO and founder Mike Lindell on Sunday at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) claimed that former President Donald Trump will take office again before President Joe Biden finishes his four-year term.
“I have all the evidence of the machines. Look at it. We’re getting more everyday. It’s going to the Supreme Court. Donald Trump will be your president long before 2024,” he said in a video taken at the event.
Lindell’s remarks come weeks after the release of his election fraud move, Absolute Proof, which sought to convince Americans that Trump lost the election to Biden in November due to widespread voter fraud. YouTube and Vimeo quickly removed the movie hours after it was released. A spokesperson for YouTube told Vice News that its contents “violated our presidential election integrity policy.”
Since Election Day, Lindell has repeatedly stood with Trump to publicly claim without evidence that the election was stolen by the Democrats. His remarks prompted Twitter to ban his account for spreading election misinformation on January 25. Less than a week later, on February 1, the social media platform also permanently banned the official MyPillow account after Lindell attempted to use it to circumvent his personal ban.
Dominion Voting Systems announced last week that it will file a defamation lawsuit against Lindell “immediately” for making false claims about the election process, one month after he urged the company to “please sue me.”
Lindell responded by once again claiming that he would welcome any lawsuits because a court case would make it easier for him to obtain evidence to prove his allegations. “That would so make my day, because then they would have to go into discovery, and that would make my job a lot easier,” Lindell told The Daily Beast. “I will not stop until every single person on the planet knows, whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican, what these machines did to us.”
In a January interview with Right-Side Broadcasting News (RSBN), Lindell expressed hope that Trump would instruct the military to help him hold onto power before Biden’s inauguration. He also insisted that Trump will remain president for the next four years.
Lindell on Sunday spoke about coronavirus conspiracy theories with RSBN at CPAC.
Bloomberg reporter William Turton shared a video to Twitter showing Lindell speaking next to RSBN host Liz Willis. In the clip, Lindell claimed that individuals who have not caught COVID-19 are being diagnosed with the disease. “You stub your toe, and they say ‘Oh, you’ve got COVID!” he said.
“We do have to be super careful,” Willis responded. “Due to YouTube’s guidelines, we will get our whole platform shut down if we talk about the vaccines.”
