South2 West8 and Japanese outdoor-focused publication GO OUT have teamed up for a set parkas swathed in a variety of bold camo patterns. This follows South2 West8’s recent release of handmade tie-dyed landing nets.
A total of three distinctive camo prints are included in the capsule: leopard, “trout” and duck. The former pattern embodies rich tones of dark brown and olive, enlivened by thick vertical stripes. As its name suggest’s the next pattern is made up of a series of highly detailed trout illustrations that have been colored in muddy earth tones. The final pattern boasts tones of light mustard yellow, olive and forest green, rendered in a sporadic array of rounded shapes. Each parka is emblazoned with the words “LET’S GO OUT AND FEEL THE NIGHT” at the front in NEPENTHES’ signature typeface, starting just below the V-neck collar and ending near the bottom of the kangaroo pocket. As a finishing touch, a bright orange sun motif is placed at the back, detailing its rays as thin antlers, a nod to South2 West8’s logo.
The collaborative capsule will be available now on GO OUT’s website for $140 USD.
