Jenelle Evans has filed a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, David Eason, alleging he was abusive.
In court documents obtained by E! News, the former “Teen Mom” star claims David told her during a Feb. 17 incident, “You can die for all I care. You’re a piece of s—t. Biggest piece of s—t I’ve ever seen.”
Jenelle, 27, also accuses David, 31, of locking her 5-year-old son, Kaiser Orion Griffith, in a running car.
“While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser,” the reality star says in the documents, per E! News.
She reportedly recounts 11 other incidents involving David that allegedly took place over the past two years.
On Oct. 31, Jenelle filed the temporary order of protection for herself and her three kids, Kaiser, 10-year-old Jace Evans, 10, and 2-year-old daughter Ensley Eason. She only shares Ensley with David. Her other kids are from previous relationships.
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,” Jenelle says in court documents.
The former MTV star announced that same day she filed for divorce after two years of marriage, adding that she “wants what’s best” for her kids and had moved away from David. They reportedly left North Carolina and are now residing in Tennessee.
“Given his actions and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him,” Jenelle reportedly says in the documents. “For all of these reasons, I’m afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet.”
David has not commented on the allegations, and he did immediately return our requests for comment.
“The dog was aggressive,” Eason told People. “She might not be huge or whatever, but you know when a dog bites a child on the face more than one time, then it should never be around the child again.”
The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation against Eason for animal cruelty, but closed the case and accused the couple of filing a report for publicity. Both Jenelle and David denied those allegations.
Jenelle’s rep did not immediately return our requests for comment.
